I'm using a redmi note 3 (snapdragon). when i insert single sim in any of the 2 slots it is fine. but when i insert dual sim, even the device recognize my 2 sims but there is 'no service' shown on the network bar for both sim.. It is a known bug with the lollipop rom of redmi 2 prime. whichever sim cards were used at the time of flashing, only those sim cards can be used in the same order. i'm sure they're working on it. once the mid autumn festival is over, an update will be released and i'm hoping this issue will be addressed..
